All our adult classes have a minimum age of 17 years old. There is no upper age limit for any of our Adult Classes. Classes will only run subject to numbers and maybe split to accommodate all students if they become too busy.
Ballet – Beginner and Advanced level
This is a gentle and graceful class where body alignment, poise and posture is strengthened. A great class for releasing stress and restoring calm. Advanced students are welcome to do the class or parts of the class en pointe.
Advanced - Monday 8-9pm
Tap – Beginner and Intermediate Levels
A fun, rhythmical class for those that want to make some noise. Our intermediate class is a challenging one with fast paced steps and our beginners class is suitable for those that have never danced before – it maybe tricky at first but you will soon get into the swing of things!
Advanced - Tuesday 8-8.45pm
Bollywood Fitness - Mixed Level
A fun, sweaty class which teaches the basics in Bollywood. Shake, Shimmy and twist your way to better fitness. Tone up and get in shape through an enjoyable workout. No experience necessary - Just a thirst to have fun !
